Yes, I am terribly behind in documenting our lives here on the bloggy blog. I must blog about events in the order in which they occurred, so first up is Halloween. After Sipsey's last day of school (Halloween Eve), she and I packed up and headed to Dothan. There were several reasons for the trip, the most important being that we were moving to Arkansas to join Ben the following weekend and I needed to drop Sipsey off somewhere so I could pack up our house more efficiently (be thankful if your child's grandparents are in the same town!). Also, the Peanut Festival was going on and we couldn't miss that! And lastly, we thought it would be fun to trick-or-treat with all of Sipsey's cousins who live in Dothan.
First I must bring back some of your childhoods and ask you to listen to this song. The actual singing starts at the 1:00 mark. I remember singing this with friends on the playground at school and a girl asked, "I wonder if it's 'double U' instead of 'W'?" She didn't make it very long at that school! :)

Sipsey with a mouthful of candy.

She LOVED handing out candy.

CHEESE!

Sipsey's cousin Mark was a Tiger too!

Too busy to stand still for pictures.

This masterpiece was set up down the street. Sipsey loved it.

They were finally brave enough to touch it.

Mark has new teeth!

Sipsey needed to "help" us see his teeth.

i think i said it on your earlier post but I just LOVE her costume! (and i'm the same way about blogging about everything in order, even if i get behind)
I had no idea that there was a Halloween song! Wow!
What cute little tigers! Looks like they had fun! That is one drawback to living in the country; I think it would be so much fun to trick-or-treat in the neigborhood. I've read on some other blogs that some neighborhoods have what is almost like a block party!
