Let me explain

WHEW! May has been busy, busy, busy! One of my required classes is only offered as a May mini term, which is only 3 weeks long! It started last Wednesday and my midterm was today (that was 1/2 of a semester's material in 7 days BTW). I'm so glad to have it over but we have a group project that we haven't started on and presentations begin on Tuesday. The only good thing is that it will be over on May 28. Then I have a weekend break and the regular summer term starts.

A few people have asked me to elaborate on the bones in my Milo's cheeseburger story. During finals last semester I treated myself to a cheeseburger from Milo's because I had been inside the house all morning and was planing on studying the rest of the day away. About half-way through my burger, I bit down on something hard but thought it was my imagination and spit it out. Then the LAST TWO bites each had something hard in them too!

[Aside: When I eat, I save the best for last, whether it be saving my favorite side dish until last or making my last bite really good. Sometimes this backfires because I get too full and can't finish, leaving my favorites on the plate! Needless to say, my last bites on this day were horrible.]

I, unfortunately, did not have time to deal with bones in my food on this day. When I called Ben to tell him what happened, he said he'd call Milo's. I won't elaborate; I'm sure you all can imagine the amount of concern of the manager at the local Milo's. Ben also emailed the company. We haven't heard anything. Here are some pictures of the bones. They are to the left of the dime. This is the best picture I could get.
