Saturday, Ben had big plans to take his girls to the lake! Sipsey and I slept until 9 (I don't know how that happened...well, I know how I did it. Sipsey on the other hand-that was a small miracle!), so we got off to a little bit of a late start. We got Subway sandwiches for a picnic lunch and some snacks and drinks, a life jacket for Sipsey and then we were on our way! We got to Logan Martin Lake just in time for an early lunch in the shade. We rode around and then found a good spot for swimming. We swam for awhile and then decided if Sipsey was ever going to get a nap, it was best to head home. We stayed for about 2 hours, which was the perfect amount of time to entertain a 2 year old. Sipsey did great on the boat and wasn't scared at all. She liked going fast and riding over the wake from other boats. We can't wait to go again!

What a FUN day! We haven't even made it to the beach this summer. Of course, Matthew & I are the only ones who like the beach; Tracy's not too fond of it. I have two weeks left (almost), and I'm planning on us spending a lot of time in the pool these last few days!
